Contact data is processed to handle business or project inquiries and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures. Qualified legal bases are GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6(1)(f) for other business communication with the legitimate interest of responding to and structuring inquiries.
Retention
Ordinary contact inquiries without statutory retention duties are deleted or irreversibly anonymized no later than 180 days after the last substantive interaction. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
Hosting, logs, recipients and processing
KVM/QEMU and nginx are observed. A specific hosting provider was not identified from local runtime evidence. Explicit nginx log paths and nginx-specific retention were not observed. Processor status or third-country transfer is not asserted without provider and contract evidence.
